Breast e-Academy FAQ

For questions about operating the Breast e-Academy website, select a topic from the left menu or click on a category below to learn more.

Overseas Online Member: Log In

Click "Login" in the upper right corner of the screen.

Confirm that "Overseas" is selected.

Enter your account, password, and CAPTCHA.
The default account is the email address you provided during registration. The CAPTCHA is a 4-digit number shown on the right.

Click "Login".

Overseas Online Member: Forgot Account / Password

Account: always defaults to your full email address (uppercase letter).

Click the "Overseas" tab on the login page.

Click "Forgot Password" under the "Verification Code" section.

Follow the instructions to enter your information and reset your password.

Overseas Online Member: Did Not Receive Verification Email

Please search your registered email inbox for the following subject line:

How to Enroll in a Course

After logging in, you can browse all available courses under "Course List".

Find the course you want and click to enter.

Review the course details.

Click "Add to My Courses" or "View Course".

On the My Courses page, click "Enter" to begin.

How to Attend a Course

Click "My Courses" in the top menu.

Find the course you want and click "Enter".

The course contains multiple activities. Please complete them in order, starting from Activity 1. Click "Get Started" to begin each one.
Note: Activities labeled "Elective" do not need to be completed to fulfill the course requirements.

Video Shows "Activity Not Available"

Please confirm whether the activity is currently within its open period. If it is, click "Refresh" to continue watching.

If the activity is not yet open, please return during the open period to watch it.

How to Refresh:

[Computer] Locate the address bar at the top of the browser. Move your cursor to the refresh icon (circular arrow) on the left and click it once.

[Tablet] Locate the address bar at the top of the browser and tap the refresh icon beside it.

What Does "Activity Completed" Mean

"Activity Completed" means that your progress for each activity must reach 100% (excluding elective activities) in order to complete the course.

Note: The number of activities required varies by course. Any diagrams shown are for illustration purposes only.

How to Download Your Certificate of Attendance

Click "Certificates" in the top menu.

Browse the list of all completed courses.

Click the "Download" button on the right side of the course row to download your certificate.

Confirm the destination is set to "Save as PDF", then click "Save" to complete the download.
Note: If a course does not offer a certificate, the "Download" button will not be shown.
